SOHPO came about seeing a gap in the market for aesthetic parcel and letter boxes and customer affordability.

Each parcel box is design and made locally here in Melbourne Victoria at our warehouse and display area.

Both our Betty and Amy parcel boxes come in two sizes; small can handle your average sized parcel up to 30cm in length, whilst our large can accommodate parcel sizes up to 45 cm in length.

We create off site so you don’t need to pay for materials, labour and design. We do everything for you so you too can have a beautiful finish to your house without the hefty price tag.

Each parcel box is crafted from High-Grade Australian Standard poly-foam.

We then seal in the poly foam with an acrylic based render and paint over the top with your weather-proof colour of choice.

Rest assured each parcel box is created with care and design in mind.

Because we design and build offsite, we take the hassle of mess and tradies being at your home.

Choose to install yourself means you’ll have a functioning parcel box ready to go in 2 hours. We supply you with all the instructions needed to get the job done.

If DIY isn’t your thing, no worries. We are happy to offer site installation on the day of delivery for an additional fee. Enquire via email for costs.

Absolutely!

Though we currently do not offer this service ourselves, we can provide easy to follow instructions on where to source your numbers and how to install. All to help you achieve the finishing touches on your parcel box.

Each parcel box is sealed in high-grade outdoor paint, suitable for the tough Australian climate.

Our parcel boxes can withstand rain, hail, sunshine and the odd bird dropping. Easy to clean and guaranteed to last as long as you need it to.

Yes, our gorgeous parcel boxes are made onsite at our Melbourne based warehouse.

This process takes approximately two weeks from order date to completion of your parcel box.

We advise you along the way how it’s going and if you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

You bet we do! All orders come with FREE delivery to the Melbourne Metro area.

Don’t worry though, if you live outside Metro we can still deliver for you for an additional fee.

Of course our warehouse is open to the public so if you want to collect yourself , just let us know and we will ensure your brand new parcel box is ready for pick up.

We have so much faith in our humble parcel boxes that we are happy to offer 24 months warranty if you happen to have any issues regarding structure or render. *

We only use the highest quality paint, however over time just like your house, the colour can fade due to weather conditions. Our warranty does not cover colour fade, but if you notice a crack or the parcel flaps suddenly not doing its job let us know; customer satisfaction is our top priority.

*warranty extends not to any damage sustained via impact such as car damage etc. Structural relates to the integrity and build of the product and render finish only.
